I dont know if its sucessful, becuase a lot of people still drive while being drunk. But it may change some people way of thinking. It will make them think of the consequences of their actions, and how will it feel to ruin a person's life like this.
i agree with her assignment because the picture is very shocking and true of what may happen if you drive when you are drunk.
