Subject. Audience. Purpose. (Blog Assignment #2...Carolina)

What subject is the ad addressing? Abortion.
Who is the target audience? Pregnant Women.
What is the intended purpose? For pregnant women not to have an abortion.
Is the ad successful in achieving its purpose? Yes because according to what it says which is "Take my hand not my life" the baby is pleading for his/her mom and making her reason for her not to kill him/her by getting an abortion.

  1. i should said that i dont know what to say in this case.

i am in both sides on the discussion of the abortion.
Because it depends of the situation of the pregnant woman, i mean, if for example, a girl was raped and she got pregnant I might think she wouldnt want to have this baby and im agree with abortion in this case, because she dont have the fault of her rape so if she dont want to have the baby, she isnt supposed to have him/her.

But in a different situation I think abortion shouldnt be accepted, a couple must take care of what they did and pay the consecuences of their acts, or if they dont want to, at least they should have the baby and give him/her in adoption.

  2. I dont agree with abortion at all. So I agree with this ad. Except in matters of rape, but that entirely depends on the situation of the mother.
I know a gierl that was raped and she kept the baby, so I dont think that's an excuse either. It's not the baby's fault that the woman was raped. So why denied it the right to live?
